and send it off to be rebuilt. Then you have the chassis to do with whatever you feel like. No offense, but if you haven't done much work on cars and only have basic tools, then you're in for a very rude and expensive eye opening over the next couple of years. You have to decide if that's worth it to you. I personally worked with a lot of people more knowledgeable than myself on OTHER people's cars, observed how things were done, took baby steps, and progressed to the point that I tackled my own car. If I just dove in with a full bore rebuild at the stage I believe you are at, I would have committed suicide a long time ago. Food for thought....
